Our Events
We host regular events to connect athletes and former athletes within our community.
Our monthly huddles are hosted on Zoom the first Friday of every month. These group coaching sessions are an hour long and facilitated by our coaches and/or partners. Each session focuses on a wellness or career support theme.
We occasionally host in-person events. For example, we hosted our first Athletes Soul House event during the Paris 2024 Olympics (pictured here!).

Networking at UC Irvine
Join us for a panel discussion and networking event at UC Irvine!
Hosted by UC Irvine, Athletes Soul, and Next Play U, this event will bring together athletes and former athletes for an evening of learning and networking. In a panel discussion on how to translate your athletic experience, you’ll learn to understand your value, your assets, and how to articulate your skills for professional success.
Former collegiate rower Meera Bhatia, COO of Fabletics, former semi-pro basketball player, Martina Zavagno, former Nike executive, and a couple more will share their expertise on leveraging athletic experience for career growth. The panel discussion will be followed by networking with the UCI student-athletes, and members of Athletes Soul and Next Play U.

Athletes Soul and The Players Impact (TPI) are teaming up for our monthly huddle!
